Collaborate & Share

Launched in 2024, the Collaborate & Share program is the foundation of OGDC and aims to foster collaboration and facilitate knowledge sharing among key industry stakeholders to accelerate decarbonization efforts.

Each OGDC signatory is unique. While some have been engaged in climate action for years, others are just getting started. As signatories face varied challenges and have access to different resources in their decarbonization journeys, the Secretariat has built, and continues to sustain, a network of support that can support this diversity.

Through Collaborate & Share signatories can access tailored support and resources – whether from peer companies, expert consultants, and industry partners – while building connections across the energy sector based on their specific needs and challenges.

Signatory-led and inclusive, Collaborate & Share is a dynamic initiative that evolves in tandem with signatories.

our progress

In 2025, Collaborate & Share accelerated significantly, shaped by the engagement, guidance, and transparency of signatory companies. Building on lessons from the previous year, the program has expanded and become more tailored to ensure that support reflects the diversity of signatories’ skills, contexts, and needs. Today, Collaborate & Share consists of several key elements, including but not limited to:

  • Trainings
  • Webinars and regional roundtables
  • Peer-to-peer mentorships
  • Partnerships with external organizations

All of these continue to evolve in response to signatory feedback and wider technological, regulatory, and developments.
